Call for proposals Commonwealth Cyber Initiative Workforce and Industry Engagement In 2024
The Southwest Virginia Node of the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative is issuing a new call for proposals:
2024: Workforce and Industry Engagement Program
Objective: CCI Southwest Virginia seeks seed grant proposals for projects focusing on two tracks:
Track 1: Workforce Development – Summer funding for undergraduate students or graduate students engaged in research and/or innovation projects.
Track 2: Startup Engagement – Funding to connect students or faculty with startups. The company must have operations in Virginia and must be specified in the proposal.
Expected Prize Amount: Up to $10,000
Performance period: May 1 – August 31
Submission Deadline: Friday, March 8, 5pm ET
